i'm still thinking about my weekend...
it was a good one as a matter of fact:.

had a one day LSS for confirmation students
watched a musical with cheska and lindsay
took my mom to the airport
hanged out with cheska and lindsay for a movie night

at the lss we were doing great as a team...
but i was less then frustrated at the students who seemed forced to be there...
it made me sad and all to realize that some of these kids
could care less on what we were actually talking about
in respect that when i was in their shoes
my life changed dramitically...

but it's different...
i came of my own free will and i was more open to it...
still i have such a hard time with kid's like those these days
what would it take for a person like me...
to be able to change a person like them...
nothing less then a miracle...

overall the LSS was good...
good speakers...
good music
good friends who came to help out

good skits...
minor setbacks
(when i came out of vigil because i was in charge of icebreakers, i didn't know what was going on so i thought bev was going to intro me... but she was introing matthew instead and i accidentally stole his intro...)

*doh*

haha... but good times...
good job to the lss peeps...

later that night i decided to head to torrance
to watch lindsay and cheska's Best of Broadway musical...
Henri was totally laggin
but it was cool...
when we walked in the show hadn't even started yet...

it was fun watching the musical
and realizing how talented ur friends are...
also in retrospect...
it's been a while since i've been in a strictly spectator seat...

sometimes when i watch my brother's shows at
Glendale high...
but its a bit different that
i was in unfamiliar territory then my own high school...
watching a different set of talents than my own dance team...

i have a really short term memory so i can't really remember everything from the show... just some numbers stand out more then others...

i liked the second set of numbers they did... the music man i believe..
it was really entertaining
and Cheska's number was really good as well...
the show wrapped up entirely well
w/ footloose and rent and etcs etcs

all in all i liked the show
and i was thinking of seeing real musicals myself...
i guess another goal to save money for...

at any rate... one of the dancers from the show inspired me as well...
reminded me of cio from kaba modern...

not the dancing.. just how he was cut!

mayn... i remember when me and nino used to talk
about if he was cut like that
he'd just walk around school with no shirt on...

haha... thats funny...
but im realizing...

i'm not losing any weight these days...
all that food i'm packing away
is actually being retained unfortunately...

haha...but i can still manage my high metabolism
i just need to exercise more...

i've thought about doing light exercise before school
but i have yet to wake up early enough in the morning
or to sleep early enough at night...





that dayum electric blanket
keeping me all snug and warm...

what man would leave his bed under those circumstances
to go outside and run for an hour!!!
