Remember three things: total surrender to GOd, loving trust with each other, joy with all. Then you will be holy like Jesus. Holiness is joy, love, compassion, and especially humility. A person who is humble and pure is on the way to great holiness. True friendship can help you leader to a life of holiness. Everything should be directed toward your growth in holiness but remember, no one is going to force you to be holy.

~Being Holy is a well desired goal for us in our spiritual journeys. It is understanding that life is not easy, but also knowing that suffering is a necessity. we put our trust in the Lord in difficult times knowing that he will never give us a trial in which we cannot handle. it is in our best interest to keep modest in our walks in God. as holy as we think we might seem we should know that there is still yet much to do to improve. humility also goes hand in hand with total surrender to God. i have learned these past few weeks that as much as i want to do a good job and despite all the hard work that ive been through, in the end i'm leaving it all up to him and his plan for me. i'm trusting in the Lord for he knows what's best.
