somewhere in my own mind i do believe it's possible
but the way things are going on in life
this theory is seriously being tested...

at one point or another in life...
that friend of yours will either
like you
or you will like her...

i dont know if i've ever encountered someone
whom i haven't liked at one time or another
or vice versa...

if anyone can prove me otherwise i would love to see it,

at any rate we could go a few places with these...
the theory is totally defeated when you're in a relationship...
from this point on... since you are taken...

you can't actively particpate in liking people you meet anymore
so you can say that you retain friendship with girls
w/o liking them...

on a conscious level

this also applies to crushes:.
when you have a crush on someone you can retain friendships with those people close to that crush if your feeling is strong enough...

ie:.
4 years ago i had a crush on this one girl and her sister and i to this day are good friends and i've never developed a liking for her, or flirted with her in any way
so it goes to say Girls and guys can just be friends...

but how bout a subconscious level?
if one was not in a relationship
or not crushing on neone...

would it be possible to retain friendship with these girls
without liking them
or being liked by them at any point in the relationship?

if deep inside there may reside a secret attraction one has for another
and may just not be present due to circumstances

and when circumstances or settings are adjusted
would cause a whole change in outlook between the two friends?

all in all
i still believe that guys and girls can just be friends...

but now there is mild evidence that sways my opinion on this subject
