im not a fan of vulgarity, but its very easy to derive a laugh from a spontaneous and shocking stimulus. especially if people think "did he just say that"
that is unfortunate, other people make other people laugh without resorting to such shock comedy, but i am too used to saying something quickly, w/o a filter in my brain...
if i had a choice, i would not like to have these vocabulary in my system, if i had a choice i would rather have the will power to desist from vulgarity, but then at times i think... i have nothing else to say... and silence is a deadlier situation than vulgarity if i had to choose. but maybe its time for a rebirth... and accept silence, over saying something dumb.
i know that would be best spiritually after all, if breaking habits were only that easy...
but i guess i need to start somewhere, and by that, ill find new arenas to not have to resort to vulgarity in speech, and try to get used to talking normally, maybe w/ sarcasm to replace the silence. in that idea, i can cut back on one thing while accomodating another, rather than go cold turkey...
