im a sucker for movies

anything that tells a story really...


its the first day of lent and i watched a dvd w/ my mother about johnny cash...
i really liked it?

but why? who spends time wondering about why they liked something
others just like it and get on with it...

but not me... because i feel like im too random...
i like a lot of things that people do...
do i like too much things...
haha maybe there was just a hint of romance in that movie that i could attach myself to...

in other news...
i've gotten my new friend the bible opened up in front of me
and im trying to find a story to latch on to as i do when i watch a good movie...

sometimes its hard... but it's mostly that i don't even spend the effort to try
but who knows... i've been getting the nudge to start reading more
and it's good to at least try...

that sounds bad... because knowing what i believe in...
whats a good christian that doesn't read the bible...

not a good christian at all...
i mean how are you supposed to talk the talk and walk the walk
if u dont know what the talk or walk is...

its fun enough to be told what ur supposed to believe in
but that only gets you sooo far... you dig?

but neway its open and i'm currently on James in the new testament...
its pretty bomb... i could seriously latch onto this

and since its lent i've found a lot mroe time on my hands during my effort to cut back on a lot of stuff that i

that i had dedicated an abhorrantly large amount of time on...


funny thing...
why do i always use big words...
and why do people pause when i say them
i feel like i'm using it out of context...

haha but that's jsut how my brain works?
i think and i say...
i dont pause and reflect

as soon as the thought is processed
its shipped directly to the mouth...

its a very fast delivery service...

i feel the mouth is more active than the brain at somet imes
where the mouth is ready to yak yak yak... just waiting for the signal from the brain... waiting for the message to come in

is that useful for nething?
i have to admit that makes for a pretty interesting situation some times

and pretty annoying as well...

so at any rate its ash wednesday... i plan on going to mass at 530...
and then i got to start managing my time more efficiently
planning to pray more

and learn more

and i believe it whole heartedly...
but newho... as i dont live in moreno valley or long beach...
its hard to understand why i believe in this so
and why it might be harder for people close to me to share my passion

but its cool... i decided not too long ago...
that my faith should be my faith...
and i shouldnt need to garnish a support in order for me to believe in what i think is true...

but support could be appreciated... haha

so we read the bible...
and look for truth there...

other than that... yah ill let people tell me what i believe in...
as far as i believe in what theyre saying

so i have the control on what i want to hear
