Great news for my blogger fans:.
All two of you (perhaps im overestimating a bit here, but let me ensue anyway)
I have recently taken up residence again here in the nursing lab, and that means more blog time~!
and i am assured that i can't be kicked out of here this time as i am actually a student of this building now~!
haha, neway i digress, i would like to emphasize the fact that its very warm in here, and very comfortable (i left my cd's in the car but its okay).
anyway i think i'll spend an amount of my winter semester in this room.
perhaps i may even learn to do homework here. anywho how is my winter interssesion coming along?
ITS A KILLEr~! i have not yet refuted the fact that i am an IdioT for signing up for TWO classes during this 6 week class session. To double the pleasure, these two classes are renowned for being difficult enough in a regular semester (can you just hear me cheering in the background...*sigh) I am taking nutrition 11 from 8 - 10:05 and microbiology 2 from 11 - 4:15...THATS A FIVE HOUR CLASS PEOPLE~!
oh well there's some silver lining to all of these shinanigans, my nutrition teacher is really laid back, the kind of teacher im accustomed to having so far in my college education (the spoiling continues) and my microbiology teacher is also as good as it gets, but i cannot deny the 5 hour class period...a lot of work in store for me despite who teaches it. But i guess it's not that bad, it's mostly the 2 hour lecture that bogs me down, the 3 hour lab...that, it just flies right by. I think i enjoy it alot.
Anyway this is only the fourth day of class, and i'm already experiencing sleep deprivation, imagine if this (and it will) gets harder...sigh...well i can only home that my perserverance will pull me through all this. This will be my greatest challenge yet and i can't back down.
I wish i wasn't on my own during this winter intersession. The classes would be so much easier if i knew someone that i know would help me through these tough times. someone to anchor me to the reality of things when i'm getting beat down hardcore by disillusionment. but as it turns out i am pretty much on my own for now. May i pull through on my strength alone (haven't had good experiences relying on that attribute really, but its a great place to start from).
i would like to take time aside to divert the topic of this post slightly...
and talk about a girl (not a shocker here now, 50% of my posts are about girls dammit...more like...90% actually)
Another fruit that was borne from winter intersession was my fated encounter with a friend i made from last semester. As it turns out during our finals i had wanted to ask my friend for her number so we could keep in touch after the class we had ended, but we finished our finals at different times. So she left earlier, and i finished later and wasn't able to find her afterwards. i gave it up then and i told myself, if i never see her again then that's fate's decision and i should just keep the good memories of her as a token of our friendship.
it so happens fate had an interesting turn for me on the first day of school...
(to be continued)
